Hyatt House Sacramento Airport / Natomas

This was a pleasant stay. I am a Marriott loyalist and accordingly wasn’t expecting much. I was happily surprised. The hotel is newly updated and has a fresh, clean, modern feel. All the staff was very helpful whenever I spoke with them at the front desk, especially the two ladies who work later nights, who were very welcoming after a long flight in. There were a couple hiccups that led to me removing a star or two, the lesser ones being a slow draining sink and a loose toilet paper holder and no sponge for dishes (very minor inconveniences), but the main one was that the hotel cleans only upon request. That would be fine, if they ever honored my requests. We waited a couple days before needing a refresh, so I called the front desk at about 10 AM and asked for a cleaning. When I checked in I was informed that they’d do it “within a day” so when it wasn’t done that day I understood and figured I had been too late in asking; fine. The next day I called the front desk around the same time to confirm they would be there to clean that day. Mind you, we were watching housekeeping doing rooms all around ours all day. The person at the desk said they’d “let them know” in a manner that seemed as though this was not the second confirmation but the first alert. When our room hadn’t been cleaned at 3-4 PM that day we went down to the lobby and asked directly and stated that we’d asked three times. They were very apologetic and our room was fresh and clean when we returned from dinner. Unfortunately, this happened again and we just gave up on it and simply asked for a packet of dishwasher soap whenever we saw housekeeping after that. The location, amenities, breakfast, etc. were all so nice that we’d still come here but just bring a tub of Cascade tablets if we were in the area again.

Staying here was an amazing experience. I didn’t have any new year plans, but I decided to come over to the bar to grab a bite. I got the Wings and they were delicious! The bartender Lokesh was amazing as well, very courteous and the drinks he made me were refreshing! If you’re looking for a place to stay even for a staycation this is the place to go to! My room is cozy and very clean, I think this my place to stay when I need to.

Good, clean hotel with free parking (and sometimes breakfast). This would have been 5 stars, but I happen to arrive early in the afternoon (1:30pm) and my room was apparently ready, but they would have to charge me $25 for early check-in? Ridiculous! I've have status on Bonvoy and have never even heard of this charge. I have checked in various hotels as early as 11am (Bonvoy) and never got charged. Also, bfast is not available for everyone? Based on some weird booking options -where some members of my party paid more- and bfast wasn't included with their reservation? How can this hotel be discerning with this location (15min away from DTown Sac) and nickel-and-dime people? I'm conisdering looking at other locations for my future stays in Sac. The good side is that across the freeway, is tons and tons of fast food open late. In n out, Panda express, A&W.

Rooms and breakfast were great. Being a bunch of money if you want to drink in the bar. The young man running the show on the evening of our arrival was super nice and quite dedicated. We didn't catch his name, but is training for his own location. Good luck to him.

I recently stayed at Hyatt and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything during my stay went smoothly. My only small suggestion would be for the hotel to have phone charging cables available for guests who may forget theirs. Even having a code-based vending option or complimentary chargers at the front desk would be very convenient and appreciated. Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily stay here again!

We stayed here because we had a 6am flight the next day, and they provide free shuttle service. We used the service before checking in and again at checkout - it was flawless!!! I wish we had more time to spend there, because the room was huge, with a couch, full kitchen and separate bedroom area. The hotel was very clean, modern and new. The front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. We didn't get to enjoy the included breakfast, but if quality was consistent I'm sure it was wonderful. Highly recommend this location for a hotel near the airport! I told friends who live in the Sacramento area, would definitely book again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House in Sacramento! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless--quick, easy, and super friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in top shape. The next morning, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were greeted by Antar and Giovanni, who were absolutely lovely. They were warm, welcoming, and made the breakfast room feel like a little home away from home. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return the next time we're in Sacramento. Great service, clean rooms, and kind people--what more can you ask for?

Lokesh was a great host and very accommodating I highly recommend coming to this restaurant/bar. I wandered in and the restaurant was not open, but he made me the most amazing pesto pizza with some protein on it. He went above and beyond.! I highly recommend this Hyatt
